By submitting your payment and registering for the course, you elect to purchase access to The Analyst Edge, a self-paced 8-week online program (the “Course”). In exchange, the Quietly Ambitious Analyst agrees to deliver the Course content and services described in the Course Outline and bonus materials provided upon enrollment.
1. PROGRAM OUTLINE: THE ANALYST EDGE
Course Delivery:
You agree that you are enrolling in The Analyst Edge, an 8-week self-paced online accelerator offered by Quietly Ambitious Analyst (“Course”). The Course is designed to teach you end-to-end data analysis skills—grounding you in business context, data cleaning, EDA techniques, and insight generation—so you can tackle real-world cases like Bloom & Co.
Included Content & Materials:
By purchasing The Analyst Edge, you will receive:
Eight weekly modules (such as video lessons using slide decks)
Guided workbooks with exercises (such as metrics definitions, Clarity Compass, cleaning prep, practice datasets)
Bonus templates and cheat-sheets (notion tracker templates, recruiter magnet module, etc.)
Access to our private community for peer discussion and support
Access to the LinkedIn Recruiter Magnet course as a bonus
Terms of Participation:
You acknowledge you have reviewed the Course outline and understand what is—and isn’t—included. Quietly Ambitious Analyst reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior in the Course or community—without refund—in order to protect the learning experience of others.
2. NON-DISCLOSURE
Proprietary Materials:
In The Analyst Edge, you will access Quietly Ambitious Analyst's proprietary methodologies, templates, frameworks, and case-study materials (collectively, “Confidential Content”). This Confidential Content represents our intellectual property and trade secrets developed through years of data-driven practice.
Your Obligations:
You agree that you will not, without Quietly Ambitious Analyst's prior written consent:
Share, publish, or distribute any Confidential Content to anyone not enrolled in the Course.
Copy or repurpose any Course materials for resale or inclusion in your own products or services.
Claim any Confidential Content as your own work or use it beyond your personal, non-commercial application in your role as a data analyst.
By participating, you acknowledge that any breach of these terms may result in removal from the Course and forfeiture of access—without refund—and may expose you to legal liability.
3. TESTIMONIALS
Public Feedback:
If you post comments or feedback about The Analyst Edge on any public channel (social media, forums, email), you grant Quietly Ambitious Analyst a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to republish that content—along with your name and any identifying details—in marketing, on our website, or in promotions for The Analyst Edge.
2. Voluntary Contribution:
By sharing your positive experience, you understand there is no additional compensation. Your feedback may be used in perpetuity, without further notice or payment, to showcase student success and promote future cohorts. Note: Total amounts and installation payments may vary depending on the offer at the time of purchase. Your specific offer is reflective of what is owed and at what time.
4. PAYMENT & PAYMENT PLANS
Tuition Options:
Pay in Full: One-time payment of US $797 due at checkout.
Installment Plan: Six monthly payments of US $144 (total US $864).
Billing Authorization:
You authorize Quietly Ambitious Analyst to charge your credit card (or chosen payment method) for the option you select. All payments will be processed through our secure checkout.
Installment Details:
The first installment is charged at enrollment.
Subsequent installments recur automatically on the same calendar date each month.
If a payment fails or is more than six days late, you forfeit access to the remaining Course materials until the balance is paid, and a US $100 late fee applies.
No Cancellation of Payment Obligation:
Your tuition commitment remains in force regardless of your use of the materials, satisfaction level, or completion status. Full payment is required even if you discontinue the Course early.
Automatic Billing:
The credit card (or payment method) you provide at enrollment will be automatically charged for each subsequent installment on or about the same calendar date each month.
Access:
If any installment is not paid within six days of its due date, Quietly Ambitious Analyst may suspend or cancel your access to The Analyst Edge.
No refunds will be issued for amounts already paid, and reinstatement of access is at Quietly Ambitious Analyst's sole discretion.
Upfront Payment Requirement:
If you do not select or qualify for the installment plan, full payment is due at checkout in the manner designated on our sales page.
5. REFUND POLICY
Quietly Ambitious Analyst stands behind The Analyst Edge, but your success depends on your commitment. You are eligible for a refund if you notify us within 14 days of your course enrollment (purchase) date. To qualify:
Request Window: Submit your refund request in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of your enrollment date.
Please ensure The Analyst Edge is the right fit before enrolling—after the 14-day window, tuition is non-refundable.
6. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & CONDUCT
Voluntary Enrollment:
You acknowledge that your participation in The Analyst Edge is entirely voluntary. You alone are responsible for how you apply the Course content, and for any outcomes—whether successes or setbacks. Quietly Ambitious Analyst provides the tools, frameworks, and guidance, but cannot guarantee specific results, nor be held liable for any consequences arising from your use of the materials.
Community Conduct:
Quietly Ambitious Analyst fosters a supportive, positive learning environment. You are free to share feedback and opinions, but any disruptive, defamatory, or harassing behavior—whether in live sessions, community forums, or social channels—may result in your removal from the Course and its communities without refund. By enrolling, you agree to engage respectfully and uphold our community standards.
Bonuses:
Bonuses (including strategy sessions, templates, etc.) are discretionary and may be provided during different enrollment periods throughout the year. You are entitled to whatever bonuses is being offered during a set enrollment period, provided that you enroll by the date/time stipulated. Bonuses are one-time offerings and do not constitute a working relationship or promise specific outcomes.
7. DISCLAIMER
No Guaranteed Outcomes:
The Analyst Edge provides proven frameworks and tools, but Quietly Ambitious Analyst makes no promises regarding your individual results—whether in skill mastery, career advancement, or any specific metric improvements.
Earnings & Career Disclaimer:
Any examples or testimonials of past student successes are individual results and may not reflect your own experience. You alone are responsible for evaluating how the Course applies to your unique goals and circumstances.
“As-Is” Provision:
All Course content, live sessions, and materials are provided on an “as-is” basis, without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Legal Recourse for Dissatisfaction:
As long as Quietly Ambitious Analyst delivers the Course as described, you agree that dissatisfaction with outcomes—or any perceived shortcomings—does not entitle you to additional refunds or remedies beyond those outlined in our Refund Policy.
Hold Harmless:
You agree to hold Quietly Ambitious Analyst harmless for any direct or indirect losses—financial, professional, or otherwise—that may arise from your participation in the Course.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership:
All Course materials—videos, slide decks, workbooks, templates, datasets, frameworks, and any derivative content—are © Quietly Ambitious Analyst and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License:
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the materials solely for your personal learning and professional development. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are allowed, however, to utilize the slide templates provided to you (with your own insights from the case study) for use in your own portfolio work.
Restrictions:
You may not, without Quietly Ambitious Analyst's prior written consent:
Copy, distribute, or publicly share any Course content (in whole or in part).
Create derivative works for redistribution or commercial use.
Claim Course materials as your own or include them in products or services for sale.
Share access credentials, workbooks, or downloadable files with anyone not enrolled in the Course.
Enforcement:
Any unauthorized use or distribution of the materials constitutes infringement and may result in removal from the Course, revocation of your license without refund, and legal action to enforce our rights.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quietly Ambitious Analyst, its affiliates, instructors, and partners (collectively, “Indemnitees”) from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of The Analyst Edge Course materials or participation in any Course activities.
Any breach by you of these Terms of Use.
Any content you submit or publish within the Course community.
If an Indemnitee seeks indemnification, you will cooperate fully and, at Quietly Ambitious Analyst's request, assist in the defense or settlement of any claim at no cost to the Indemnitees.
10. PROGRAM ACCESS
Duration of Access: You will have access to The Analyst Edge materials for as long as Quietly Ambitious Analyst continues to offer the Course on its platform.
Platform Changes: If we discontinue the platform or retire the Course, we will notify you at your registered email and provide a 14-day window to download your materials. Quietly Ambitious Analyst is not liable for any loss of access or materials if you do not act within that window.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Good-Faith Negotiation: Any dispute under these Terms must first be raised and addressed through informal, good-faith discussions between you and Quietly Ambitious Analyst.
Binding Arbitration: If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be held in Boston, Massachusetts. The arbitrator’s decision is conclusive and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
12. APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any legal questions regarding these Terms will be resolved under Massachusetts law.
13. AMENDMENTS
Quietly Ambitious Analyst may update or amend these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our Course, policies, or legal requirements. We will notify enrolled Students of any material changes via the email address on file. Your continued access to or participation in The Analyst Edge after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
PROGRAM OUTLINE ADDENDUM
You understand and agree that you are enrolling in The Analyst Edge by Quietly Ambitious Analyst. Upon purchase:
Module Release Schedule: Two modules will be released upon purchase of the course, with the remaining modules and bonus LinkedIn Recruiter Magnet released after the refund window of 14 days.
Continued Access: After Course completion, you retain on-demand access to all video lessons, slide decks, workbooks, and bonus materials for as long as the Course remains available on our platform.

14. SCOPE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By enrolling in either (or both) The Analyst Edge and/or LinkedIn Recruiter Magnet, you confirm that you have read and understood the full Course Outline and Addendum. You acknowledge that the list of modules, materials, and bonuses detailed above constitutes the entire scope of what is offered. Quietly Ambitious Analyst is under no obligation to provide any additional content, services, or features beyond what is expressly described, except for time-limited bonuses that may be introduced at our discretion. Any changes to this Outline or Addendum require written agreement by both you and Quietly Ambitious Analyst.
By completing your purchase and authorizing payment, you further confirm that you have conducted any due diligence needed to understand the Course and its offerings, and that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason beyond the Refund Policy outlined in Section 5.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Resolution: If any dispute arises under these Terms, you and Quietly Ambitious Analyst agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussions. You acknowledge that disappointment with outcomes alone does not constitute a valid dispute.
Binding Arbitration: If unresolved after 30 days, any remaining dispute will be settled by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Boston, Massachusetts. The arbitrator’s award is conclusive and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
17. AMENDMENTS
Quietly Ambitious Analyst may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled students of any material changes via email. Your continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Payment and No-Refund Policy
All payments for the LinkedIn Recruiter Magnet are non-refundable.
Because this is a digital product with immediate access to course materials, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Lack of time to complete the course
Perceived or actual lack of results
Technical issues on your end that are outside of our control
If there is a genuine technical issue preventing access to the course on our platform, you may contact us so we can troubleshoot or provide a reasonable alternative where possible. However, this does not constitute a basis for a refund.
To the extent that any other section of these Terms describes a more general refund policy, this no-refund policy will govern specifically for the LinkedIn Recruiter Magnet in the event of any inconsistency.

The LinkedIn Recruiter Magnet is designed for educational and informational purposes only. While the course teaches strategies to optimize your LinkedIn profile and presence, we do not guarantee:
That recruiters will reach out to you
That you will receive job offers, promotions, or interviews
Any specific career, income, or business outcomes
Your results will depend on many factors, including your experience, effort, market conditions, and how you apply the material. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and any outcomes that result from implementing the strategies taught in the course.
